Mangaluru: Since few days there has been rumours spread that Bishop of Mangaluru Diocese Rev Dr Peter Paul Saldanha has been hospitalized due to corona positive. In order to clarify these fake news being spread around, the PRO of Mangaluru Diocese Fr. Victor Vijay Lobo has sent a circular stating ” It is brought to our notice that an anonymous WhatsApp message is circulating, announcing that Bishop of Mangalore, Most Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha is admitted to Fr Muller hospital due to Covid 19. We would like to inform you that this anonymous message is NOT TRUE. Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha is perfectly alright and he is at the Bishop’s house .”
