Bitter Gourd also known as Bitter Melon, is green in color with pebbly skin and white flesh inside with tender seeds. Young ones are used for cooking. Bitter Gourd contains vitamins A, B1, B2 and C and has Calcium, Phosphorous, Iron, Copper and Potassium.
As I was getting ready to cut this particular Bitter Gourd to prepare a dish….I thought Gosh! This looks like a crocodile……20 minutes later….there it is!
All one needs is bit of imagination and patience!
