BJP affected with Pakistan Virus, no Medicine in India, should send them to Pakistan for Treatment- U T Khader

Mangaluru: “The BJP MLA of Vijayapura Basanagouda Patil Yatnal has called freedom fighter HS Doreswamy, a fake freedom fighter and is acting like a Pakistan agent which is condemnable. HS Doreswamy is a senior leader and a freedom fighter. From the past many months BJP MLAs, MPs are speaking low about our freedom fighters including Mahatma Gandhi. Insulting the freedom fighters is the hidden agenda of BJP. If Yatnal is speaking low about Doreswamy it is because of the BJP. The BJP calls everyone Pakistan agents and supporters of Pakistan. We have heard about the Coronavirus, Dengue, Malaria, H1N1, etc. but I think the BJP is affected by the Pakistan Virus which cannot be treated in our country. To cure this disease we need to send all of them to Pakistan for treatment”, said former minister and MLA of Ullal Constituency U T Khader in a press meet held at the Circuit House here on February 27.

Addressing the mediaperson U T Khader said, “MLA Basavaraj Yatnal has insulted 102-year-old freedom fighter Doreswamy, the BJP should clarify their stand. BJP State President Nalin Kumar Kateel and Chief Minister Yediyurappa should clarify their stand on Yatnal’s statement. The people of the state will not tolerate such statements for long. Now since the Budget session is nearing, I doubt the BJP will not give the opportunity for the opposition to question them on the budget or speak about the failures of the government. People should give a befitting reply to the BJP.”

U T Khader further said, “From the past three days there is violence in Delhi and many have lost their lives. This violence is a black dot for our country. The Central government and the chief minister of Delhi have failed to control the violence. Home Minister Amit Shah and the CM of Delhi, Kejriwal should take responsibility for the violence and both of them should resign. When there was a protest against CAA and NRC in Mangaluru, I had delivered a speech and said: “If the BJP government will implement NRC in Karnataka like the other states that are burning there is no doubt Karnataka will also burn”. But the BJP workers and leaders without understanding my statement filed a sedition case against me. Now since Delhi is burning, who is responsible? The BJP without taking the citizens of this country into confidence implemented anti-constitutional acts. The BJP is responsible for all the violence in the country. When I was a student, Rajiv Gandhi had fought to bring reservation for SC/ST and the BJP had protested against it. After the Narasimha Rao government came to power the SC/ST reservation was implemented. It is the responsibility of the government to discuss with the people before implementing any acts or law.”

U T Khader also said, “When Siddaramaiah government was in power, the BJP leaders including Amit Shah had demanded the CM’s resignation whenever there was a murder or death in Karnataka. But now in Delhi, there is violence and many have lost their lives, who is responsible? Who should resign now? The State President of BJP Nalin Kumar Kateel says that Congress is responsible for the Delhi violence. I feel pity for Nalin Kumar Kateel because he has no importance in the party. He is only a namesake president. After Amit Shah had attended the cabinet expansion in Bengaluru and while travelling to Hubballi by helicopter, Nalin had to travel by another vehicle since CM Yediyurappa and the state home minister accompanied Amit Shah. When CM Yediyurappa along with BJP Secretary Vijayendra went to Delhi to discuss the Cabinet expansion, Nalin Kumar Kateel was left out. Nalin Kumar is given the responsibility of blaming Congress and he is doing it. It is very sad that Nalin Kumar is neglected by the BJP.”

Criticizing the statement by Vedavyas Kamath about Mangaluru Violence in the Vidhana Soudha, Khader said, “Vedavyas Kamath is the MLA of Mangaluru South Constituency, blaming the people of Mangaluru of the violence in Mangaluru is not good. He never visited the spot where the violence took place, he did not even visit the injured or the families of the deceased but spoke in the Assembly blaming the people for the violence in Mangaluru.”

Has this guy suddenly become jobless? You might as well go to Nantoor cross and wait for some accident and transfer the unfortunate victims to the hospital. That will give you some credibility. More you go at BJP, higher it grows. Cong I will drop to 40 next time.
