BJP and BD Not Responsible for Dhanya’s Suicide – Promod Muthalik
Chikkamagaluru: The statement of Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik on Dhanyashree has created a row in Moodigere.
On January 11, Pramod Muthalik speaking to the mediapersons said, “It is sad that a young girl Dhanyashree committed suicide. The Bajrang Dal and BJP activists did not force her to commit suicide. Girls should not be very sensitive. The Bajrang Dal activist did not kill her, they had gone to her house to save her. If Dhanyashree would have eloped with the Muslim youth, her mother would have committed suicide.”
Muthalik further said, “The activists of Hindu organizations did not go to her house to kill her nor have they threatened her. They had only advised Dhanya to stay away from the Muslim youth. This is an example of the Hindu youth bringing awareness about Love Jihad.”
Muthalik further said, “The Chief Minister says that RSS and BJP members are like terrorists. If anyone has any evidence against the BJP and RSS, hand it over to the Home department. To get the Muslim votes in the forthcoming elections Siddaramaiah has given such statement. From such kind of statements the Congress will lose the vote of Hindus”, warned Muthalik.
“If Siddaramaiah has any evidence to say that RSS and BJP members are like terrorists, hand it over to the home department. Congress has lost power in many states because of its anti-Hindu policy”, Muthalik said.
Now the statement of Pramod Muthalik has hurt the sentiments of Dhanya’s family members.
