BJP Councillor’s Son and Friends Assault Hotel Supervisor, Case Filed in Manipal
Manipal: A BJP councillor’s son and his friends assaulted a hotel supervisor here in Manipal on August 30 night. In this regard, a complaint has been registered in the Manipal Police station.
According to the complaint, BJP councillors son Rakshith along with his friends Mahan Rao, Akshay VK, Pawan Raj, Mavil, Amith, Prakash and others were spending time till late night at the parking area of Hotel Ashlesh. The Hotel Supervisor Avinash Pai informed about it to the Manipal Police.
Angered by it, the Councillor’s son and his friends assaulted Avinash Pai while he was returning home. All of them escaped when the Security guard rushed to help Avinash.
A case has been registered in Manipal Police Station and investigation is on.
