BJP will win with Decisive Majority and Form the Govt in Karnataka – Sudesh Varma
Mangaluru: “We are confident of winning the forthcoming Assembly elections with a huge majority. There is a golden opportunity for the BJP to win in Karnataka because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision, “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas and the vision of development”. We are very lucky that we have a prime minister who thinks about the people of this country. People in the country are supporting the BJP and we are confident of winning the elections and forming the government because the BJP will win a decisive majority”, said the National BJP spokesperson Sudhesh Varma in a press meet held at the BJP election office here on April 25.
Addressing the mediapersons Sudhesh said, “We have won in Tripura and other states. When the elections are over and the votes are counted the BJP will win because of the development work done by Modi. For the first time, the poor people in the country are feeling that there is a leader who thinks about them. The government has brought various schemes for the people of this country. Under the scheme of Soil Health card, the government plans to issue soil cards to farmers which will carry crop-wise recommendations of nutrients and fertilisers required for the farms to help farmers to improve productivity through the judicious use of inputs. Under the Fasal Bima Yojana, many farmers have benefitted. There is Mudra scheme and more than 70% people have benefitted. We have created Jobs in the form of entrepreneurship and skill development. Development has taken place under PM Modi’s leadership. 1.16 crore people have benefitted from the Jandhan Yojana in Karnataka. Under the Ujwal Yojana, we are giving free gas connections and 9.33 lakh people have benefitted. A silent revolution has taken place which is translating into support polls for the BJP.”
Sudhesh also said, “To upgrade the highways we are also targetting 6233 KMs of the state highways which will be converted into national highways where there was no connectivity to the national highways. Whichever government comes to power they should think of development and if BJP comes to power in Karnataka we will give priority to faster growth and development in Karnataka. Under the leadership of Yeddyurappa, we will develop Karnataka in a faster way. The coastal region has become the killing ground of RSS and BJP workers. More than 2 dozens of our activists have been killed but the government has not taken any action. There is discrimination against Hindus and the Congress is pleasing only the minorities which is not good. The administration should be done in a fair manner, the government does not belong to one community or one religion. There should be citizen-centric development.”
BJP leaders Anwar Manippadi, Yogish Bhat, Monappa Bhandary, Sulochana Bhat, Jitendra Kottari and others were also present.
