BJP Yuva Morcha to Hold ‘Mangaluru Chalo’ Bike Rally on Sep 7
If BJP Comes to Power Rai and other Ministers will be dealt Accordingly – Harish Punja
Mangaluru: “From past two to three years the members of BJP and Sangh Parivar have been brutally killed. The PFI, SDPI and KFD are directly involved in these killings. These organizations are connected with SIMI organization and the office bearers of the SIMI are also the office bearers in PFI, KFD and SDPI. These organizations are involved in terror activities and have spread to Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Goa. In Karnataka these organizations are supporting communal violence by killing and attacking Hindus”, said the President of District BJP Yuva Morcha Harish Punja in a press meet held at the BJP office here on September 2.
Addressing the mediapersons Harish Punja said, “Recently the members of Hindu organizations were killed in Karnataka. Raju from Mysuru, Rudresh Bengaluru, Prashanth Poojary Moodbidri and many others were murdered. Sharath Madival was brutally murdered and the president of PFI, Chamarajnagar Khalilullah, and another PFI leader Abdul Shafi were arrested. In 2012 the Kerala Government submitted an affidavit to the court saying that PFI is dangerous to the country.”
Harish Punja further said, “To ban PFI, KFD, and SDPI we have organized the “Mangaluru Chalo” bike rally on September 7. The Bike rally will start from Mysuru, Bengaluru, Chikkamagaluru, Shivamogga, and Hubballi on September 5. From Mysuru the rally will reach Mangaluru via Madikeri and Sullia. From Bengaluru the rally will reach Mangaluru via Hassan – Sakaleshpur – Nelyadi – Uppinangady, Chikkamgaluru – Moodigere – Charmadi – Ujire – Beltangady, Shivamogga – Agumbe, and Karkala. From Hubballi through Murdeshwar – Brahmavar. State President of BJP B S Yeddyurappa, State President of BJP Yuva Morcha Pratap Simha, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel and other BJP leaders will take part in the Rally.”
Harish also said, “Through the Bike rally we will request the governor and the state government to ban PFI, KFD and SDPI. We will also send a memorandum to the governor through the concerned authorities to ban these organizations. All the murder cases of Hindus should be handed over to the CBI and the district minister in-charge who is supporting and responsible for creating communal disharmony in the district should be dropped from the cabinet”.
When asked if BJP comes to power will it take action against Minister Ramanath Rai, Harish Punja said, “If any MLAs or Ministers including Rai are found and proved of supporting communal forces in creating communal violence they will be dealt accordingly”.
When asked whether organizing such Bike rally may lead to communal violence, Harish said, “We are holding the bike rally demanding a ban on PFI, KFD and SDPI and also to hand over all the murder cases to the CBI.”
General Secretary of BJP Yuva Morcha Sandesh Shetty and Harish Moodshedde were also present.
