Bloated Dead Body of a Man found in Unoccupied Building Basement
Mangaluru: A bloated dead body of a man in his 40’s or 50’s was found in the basement of a not occupied building located near Hotel Poonja International/Poonja Arcade, K S Rao Road, Mangaluru. As per the petty shop owners nearby it is learnt that the man by the name Praveen was working in a nearby shop near to Poonja Arcade- but everyone were reluctant to give more information on this deceased man. As per the staff of Sri Ganesh Ambulance, it looks like the man had died two days ago, either consuming poison, or someone might have assaulted and killed.
SI Pradeep from Bunder Police Station arrived at the spot, and the body was shifted to Wenlock Mortuary for Post
Mortem. Police inspectors Padmanabha S and Vishnu Bhat of Bunder police station were also present at the spot.
More details will be updated later after police retrieve more information on the dead person.
