Las Vegas, Feb 21 (IANS) Singer Britney Spears has reportedly put her backing dancers on a sex ban.
According to a source, the 34-year-old, who has returned to her “Piece of Me” residency here, is so obsessed with impressing fans with her dance moves, infectious music and dazzling costumes that she’s put her staff on a strict routine, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“Britney expects the same level of commitment from her dancers as she does herself, and so any distractions like sex and booze are off-limits. Anyone who doesn’t play by the rules is out. it’s as simple as that,” Heat magazine quoted the source as saying.
My son bosses me around: Hurley
Actress-model Elizabeth Hurley says her 15-year-old son Damian son bosses her around and helps her control her social media accounts.
Hurley says her son tells her when and what to post on Instagram, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“Damian bosses me around non-stop about what I should be posting. He begs me daily for a public Instagram account, but I’m making him wait until he’s 16. However, he is going to start the definitive ‘Royals’ fan account this summer when we shoot season three,” Hurley told HELLO! magazine.
Hurley, 50, is confident that Damian will follow in her footsteps and carve out a career in show business when he’s older, though more likely behind the camera.
“He loves show business. I just want him to be happy and to have his creativity blossom. He’s a bit of a despot when shooting his own mini-movies so he could end up behind the camera,” she said.
Kourtney Kardashian’s a health freak, says Khloe
Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian says her elder sister Kourtney Kardashian is a health freak.
Khloe says Kourtney only eats organic food and has banned soda in her house, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Sharing healthy eating tips on her official website, Khloe wrote: “Kourt (Kourtney) is such a health freak, but I can appreciate someone who tries to live their life to such a high standard. She’s totally turned her diet around after having kids and I can respect that!”
“Kourtney does not allow soda in her house. I do appreciate that and so I’ve been drinking way more water, but when I am craving a soda, I have to hide it from her, even in my own house!” she wrote further.
Khloe shared that it is “important to eat organic”.
“There are definitely times when I run to my local big-box store for groceries. When that happens, Kourtney will straight-up look through my fridge and if she sees something that is not organic, she’ll give it away,” she said.
George Clooney’s drunken disaster
Actor George Clooney thought it would be a good idea to audition to play a drunk character while intoxicated, but his plan didn’t work.
“I remember I was very bad at auditioning. I went to audition for Francis Ford Coppola to play a drunk in ‘Dracula’. I thought it would be a good idea if I were to get drunk for the audition to get the part,” Clooney told OK magazine, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“Afterwards, Coppola phoned the agent and told him, ‘Hey, Clooney was drunk!’ So that didn’t work out,” he added.
Over his 30-year career, the actor has had his fair share of embarrassing mishaps and he shared one of those was when he shot his new movie “Hail, Caesar!” whereby he had to slip into a pair of sandals and a skirt.
“I loved wearing the skirt and the sandals, especially. The only problem is that they give you a really bad tan line because of all the straps. There were a few times during dress rehearsals where I thought, this is the end of your career,” he said.
That wasn’t the only time Clooney thought his career was in jeopardy as he also thought he was heading for the end when he slipped on his black mask and hooked on his cape to star as Batman in “Batman & Robin” in 1997.
“Batman was the other time. I nearly killed the whole franchise. But at least I’m supposed to look funny in the outfit playing a character of limited intelligence,” he said.
