Byndoor Police Trace 5 Stolen Cattle Traced within 48 Hours

Byndoor: In a swift action by Byndoor Police, five cattle stolen from two houses were traced within 48 hours.

On Tuesday night, two cattle from Daru Gowdthi and three from Parvathi’s house in Yelajith, near Byndoor were stolen. In this regard a complaint was lodged in the Byndoor police station.

After the incident, Kota Srinivas Poojary opposition leader for legislative council visited both the houses and demanded to arrest the culprits immediately. Pro Hindu associations also demanded the department to take strict action against the culprits.

The Byndoor Police Station PSI Thimmesh B N and his team took the incident seriously and started a search operation. An informer from Kandlur under the Kundapur Rural Police Station limits informed the police that five cattle were spotted in Kandlur area of which he had made a video and sent it to Byndoor Police. The Byndoor Police showed the videos to the two families who had lost their cattle. The family members confirmed the identity of the cattle. The police team led by Thimmesh immediately rushed to Kandlur and tried to arrest the culprits but they fled from the spot. The Police rescued the cattle which was brought to Byndoor. The Kundapur Rural Police also assisted in tracing the Cattle. The Police are now looking out for the cattle thieves.

The Locals have commended the Byndoor Police for the swift action in tracing the cattle.
