Car Crashes into KSRTC Bus alighting Passengers at Valachil, Vasant Ram Shetty Dies on Spot
Mangaluru: A car driver died on the spot after his car crashed into a KSRTC bus at Valachil here, on June 28.
The deceased has been identified as Vasant Ram Shetty (86), a resident of Badla.
According to sources, while the KSRTC bus was alighting passengers at Valachil, the driver of an Alto car (KA 19 Z 7058) unable to notice the stopped bus crashed into it. The driver of the Alto car died on the spot.
A journalist who was present at the spot immediately informed the police but the police did not reach the spot even after half-an-hour after the accident.
A case has been registered in Mangaluru Rural police station.
