Car plunges into gorge in Nandalike
Karkala: A car driver and a passenger escaped with minor injuries after the car (registration number KA 20 MB 2088) in which they were travelling by plunged into a gorge near Nandalike on Thursday.
The car driver is Shiva Devadiga (56) from Karkala while the passenger is yet to be identified.
The accident occurred when Devadiga failed to notice a curve and plunged the vehicle into the gorge.
Later, Devadiga approached Karkala rural police and filed a case.
