Case filed against Two for Sharing Photo of COVID-19 Victim on Social Media
Bantwal: Two persons have been booked for sharing the photo of the COVID-19 deceased woman from Bantwal who had died on April 19 at the Wenlock Hospital.
The photo of the deceased along with her husband was shared on social media. On April 21, a case was registered against two persons in the Bantwal Town police station.
William Pinto and another person who had shared the photograph of the deceased were booked under IPC 05(1)(b) and 51(D).
