Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh Urges Police to Clear Doubts over Death of Fr Mahesh
Udupi: The Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh has urged the law enforcement agencies to unearth the true motive behind the death of Fr Mahesh D’Souza, assistant parish priest of Our Lady of Health Parish, Shirva, and also the principal of Don Bosco School, Shirva, in order to clear the doubts that are plaguing the faithful.
Catholic Sabha extends all the support to the law enforcement agencies in their investigation that would clear the doubts that have arisen from the untimely death of enterprising and dynamic young priest Fr Mahesh.
The Catholic Sabha also urges the cyber cell of the law enforcement agencies to take legal action on viral videos that are morphed in order to create doubts in the minds of a large number of faithful of the Udupi diocese. Besides, they have appealed to those who have any clues related to the case to inform or hand them over to the investigating officers.
The Catholic Sabha condemns those who are exploiting the situation to further cause communal-rift and abusing the diocesan authorities with their baseless acts.
