Celebrate Christmas with Nandini Shrikhand and Cheese from Dec 24 to Jan 2
Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada Co-Operative Milk Producers Union Ltd. launched two new products Nandini Cheese and Nandin Shrikhand at Kulshekar here on December 23.
Addressing the mediapersons Raviraj Hegde, president of the Milk Producers’ Union, said, “In the Gulf countries people use cheese every day. Cheese has the highest calcium which helps to strengthen the bones and also helps persons suffering from Hypertension. The lactose percentage in Cheese is less. Cheese contains linoleic acid and Sphingolipids which prevent cancer”.
Raviraj further said, “We have 26 sweet products which will be available on discounted rates from December 24. Five percent discount will be given for cheese and all the sweet products will be available on 10 percent discount. Since we are celebrating Christmas, we want everyone to buy Nandini products on discounted rates”.
