Centenarian Kavinamoole Subba Rao from Koltige Passes away
Puttur: Subba Rao (100), a resident of Amala Kavinamoole in Koltige village in the taluk, has passed away at home.
He is survived by wife Saraswati, daughters Sharada and Jayanti, sons Shankaranarayana who is engineer in Bengaluru, Seetaram Amala, Shivaram Amala and Ramachandra Amala, Puttur block Congress general secretary.
Prominent persons, including MLA Shakuntala Shetty, former MLC Anna Vinayachandra, zilla panchayat member Anita Hemanath Shetty and many others visited the bereaved family and offered their condolences.
