Centenarian woman Recovers from COVID-19
Bengaluru: A 100-year-old woman was discharged from the hospital after she recovered from COVID-19 on June 27.
The centenarian woman from Kumaraswamy Layout was tested positive for the coronavirus on June 15 and was admitted to the Victoria hospital.
After nine days of the treatment, the elderly woman recovered from the disease and on June 27, was discharged from the hospital.
She is the first centenarian to recover from COVID-19. Her recovery has brought hopes to older people.
