Chaitra Kundapur and others Taken into Custody for Assaulting HJV Secretary
Sullia: HJV Secretary Guruprasad was assaulted by a group including Chaitra Kundapur on October 24 over a controversy in connection to a recent programme held at the Subramanya Temple.
According to sources, On October 24, there was an argument between Chaitra Kundapur and her team with HJV Secretary Guruprasad. During the argument Chaitra along with other members assaulted Guruprasad.
It is recalled that Chaitra had participated in a programme “Sudharma Sabha” which was organized recently. During the programme, Chaitra had questioned the organizers about the devotion to the Cobra. On October 24, there was an argument between Chaitra and Guruprasad on the same issue and Chaitra along with others assaulted Guruprasad.
A case has been registered in the Subramanya police station. The police have taken Chaitra and the others into Custody for further investigations.
