Cheap Marketing Tricks! Chinese Company Markets Shoes in Boxes made of Indian Flag

New Delhi: Chinese products are over-ruling Indian market but it seems that these companies do not have any respect for the flag of the country in which they are spreading their wings. An incident has been observed in which a Chinese company has sent shoes packed in a box made of Indian flag. The incident is of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh where the company send the shoes in boxes made of tricolor which surely indicates the public humiliation of national flag.

According to some sources, the merchandisers are trying to woo customers with tri colour but sending shoes in such boxes is surely disgraceful. Such thing is national insult and government should action.

According to law, whoever in any public place or in any other place within public view burns, mutilates, defaces, defiles, disfigures, destroys, tramples upon or otherwise shows disrespect to or brings into contempt (whether by words, either spoken or written, or by acts) the Indian National Flag or the Constitution of India or any part thereof, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
