Christan Almeida Elected NSUI Udupi district president
Udupi: Christan Almeida of Mudarangadi and an active youth member of the Indian National Congress has been elected as the president of National Students Union of India (NSUI) Udupi District.
The internal party elections were held at Mangaluru District Congress Committee office on June 6.
Christan Almeida hails from Mudarangadi Parish and is the son of Cyprian and Cynthia D’Almeida. Earlier he has served as the president of Indian Catholic Youth Movement Mudarangadi Parish and was also nominated as the youth congress president of Mudarangadi.
Christan Almeida is a mechanical engineering student in Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology & Management.
