CM may Sack Minister U T Khader, Jayamala among other 3 who Failed to Deliver Victories
Mangaluru : After suffering a major jolt in the Lok Sabha polls, Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy is likely to sack a couple of ministers in a cabinet reshuffle expected in the second week of June. Failing a major defeat in the elections by the Congress-JD (S) led government, the CM it is learnt reportedly yelled at Mandya and Tumakaru district minsters C S Puttaraju and S R Sreenivas when they tried to explain the reasons for the twin debacles.
The Congress, too, is planning to sack ministers namely- U T Khader, Jayamala, and C Puttaranga Shetty to accommodate disgruntled leaders planning to defect to the BJP. Ministers who failed to deliver victories and leads to coalition candidates may get the boot. The ministers under lens who are likely to get sacked are- C S Puttaraju and S R Srineevas from JD (S); and U T Khader, Jayamala and C Puttaranga Shetty from Congress.
In the meantime, BJP who is trying to destabilize the government, and seeking floor test is the first arrow in its quiver- and CM HDK is trying his best to retain the ministers in his cabinet from not jumping into BJP party.
U T Khader?
Why?
He is a good minister.
Should not be sacked.
Sack Kummy instead.
