CM Siddaramaiah attends Wedding of Sorake’s Daughter at TMA Pai Hall
Mangaluru: “We have met the Governor and submitted a report on the loss and the measures taken on the drought in the state”, said Chief minister Siddaramaiah during his visit to the city to attend the wedding reception of the daughter of Former minister Vinay Kumar Sorake at the TMA Pai Convention Hall, here on May 9.
CM Siddaramaiah arrived at the TMA Pai hall to attend the wedding reception of Sorake’s daughter Dvithi and Siddharth and blessed the couple.
Addressing the mediapersons CM Siddaramaiah said, “AIPCC Observer Venugopal has visited the state to discuss the forthcoming elections. The selection of the KPCC president is the decision of the high command. So far the selection of the KPCC president has not been done. The high command will take the final decision”.
CM Siddaramaiah also said, “The state government is completing four years of its tenure, we will hold state-level programmes to create awareness among the people about the achievements of the government”.
Answering the queries of reporters about his son having illegal assets, Siddaramaiah said, “The allegation is baseless and is a politically motivated plan”.
District minister in-charge Ramanath Rai, Minister for Rural Development & Panchayat Raj H K Patil, Udupi district minister in-charge Pramod Madhwaraj, Dr H C Mahadevappa, Former minister Vinay Kumar Sorake, Former minister Abhaychandra Jain, MLA Moideen Bava, Mayor Kavitha, Sashidhar Hegde and others were also present.
