CM Siddaramaiah to Inaugurate Rs 252.50 crore Projects in Bantwal on Oct 22
Mangaluru: “Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will be inaugurating the 10 completed projects in the Bantwal Constituency on October 22. CM Siddaramaiah will arrive at the Mangaluru International Airport at 10:00 am on October 22, and at 10:30 am he will inaugurating the Mini Vidhana Soudha in Bantwal, later he will inaugurate all the other projects”, said District minister in-charge B Ramanath Rai in a press meet held at the Circuit House here on October 19.
Addressing the mediapersons Minister Ramanath Rai said, “On October 22, the CM will inaugurate projects worth Rs 148.29 crore and lay the foundation for various other projects worth Rs 104.21 crore. By laying the foundation and inaugurating various projects worth Rs 252.50 crore the demands of the people of Bantwal constituency will be met. The projects include the Inspection Bungalow in Bantwal city built at a cost of Rs 3 crore will be inaugurated. KSRTC Hi-tech Bus stand constructed at a cost of Rs 10 crore on a 1.5 acre land, 100 bedded upgraded Bantwal government hospital built at a cost of Rs 6.15 crore, the newly constructed MESCOM building, Drinking water project worth Rs 52.79 crore, the Tree Park costing of Rs 35 lakh, Regional Transport office and the Multi Village Drinking water project.”
Ramanath Rai further said, “In the Bantwal Taluk, foundation stone will be laid to provide water to Narikombu, Baltila, Goltamajalu gram Panchayat at a cost of Rs 16.97 lakh, foundation stone will be laid for the construction of Vented dams in Mullarpatna Arala at a cost of Rs 4.85 crore. Foundation stone will be laid for Panje Mangesh Smaraka Bhavan in Bantwal at a cost of Rs 5 crore and for Constructing a bridge from Ajilamogeru-Kadeshwalya to Netravati Bridge at a cost of Rs 31 crore.”
