My request to all Mangaloreans:Please note down the bike number and hand over to Traffic Police. Many Young riders are out of control through their arrogant attitude. Lesson should be given to them through hefty fines. Now little high school children are riding bikes and scooters on rural roads in high speed.
Request to Police Comissioner:Please get tough on High Speed Riders as soon as possible.
