Colourful Ceremony marks MITK Annual Day Celebrations
Kundapur: A Colourful ceremony marked the annual day celebrations of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology Kundapur here on Wednesday, April 13.
The formal stage function began with an invocation, Seema Saxena welcomed the gathering. The programme was inaugurated by Dr Jagannath Korody Professor and Head Dept. of Mechanical Engineering MIT Manipal by lighting the lamp.
Dr Jagannath Korody in his message said that the students should excel in whatever they do in their life and should live for others. In today’s competitive world, knowledge is power. The youth of today will face various challenges that our generation could only dream about. Success comes with hard work, determination, and courage, he urged the students to work hard and pursue their goals with courage and sincerity.
Students who achieved laurels in various fields like sports, cultural activities and academics were honoured by the Chief Guest. Siddhartha J Shetty chairman of MITK presided over the function.
Prof. Sathish Amsadi principal presented the annual report. A large number of students and parents were present on the occasion. Jayaram Rao delivered the vote of thanks. Shashikala compered the programme.
