COMPOL’s Hoarding Initiative; 7 Persons Arrested with 500 Grams Ganja
Mangaluru: The police commissioner is proactive in curbing the drug menace in the commissionerate and has started the drive by forming special teams. On July 7 night the Suratkal police arrested 7 persons by raiding a lodge and seized 500 grams of Ganja from their possession.
According to the police, on July 7, after getting reliable information about the sale of drugs, the Suratkal police got into action and conducted a raid on the lodge.
The police arrested 7 people from two rooms with ganja. The police seized 500 grams of ganja from their possession.
The police have also written a letter to the local body to cancel the license of the lodge.
