Congress pays tribute to Sukma naxal attack Martyrs
Udupi: The 56 inch chest of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is shrinking with the killing of CRPF soldiers by Maoists said Udupi Block Congress President Satish Amin Padukere. He was speaking while paying tribute to the Sukma victims in front of the Clock Tower here on April 26.

The central government should strengthen the intelligence department to avert such kind of attacks, he added.
The Women Congress Vice-President Jyothi Hebbar said that the killing of the CRPF soldiers reflects on the failure of the central government in ensuring protection to the people. The recent case of suspending Tej Bahadur Yadav for questioning bad food in camps reflects the lapses. The Prime Minister has failed in delivering the promises made and at the same time, has also failed in protecting the soldiers and citizens. The central government should effectively address the security concerns, she added.
