Court refuses Mohammed Nalapad bail

Bengaluru: The City Civil and Sessions Court, on Friday, rejected the bail petition of Shantinagar MLA N A Haris’ son Mohammed Nalapad citing the incident was a serious attack, and the victim is still unable to give statement to the police.

The court observed that the attack on Vidwat was brutal in nature, and since going by his medical condition, he is not in a position to give statement to the police.

Hence at this stage as the major portion of the investigation is still pending, there are higher chances of tampering with evidence and influencing of witnesses if the accused was granted bail.

So at this stage, bail cannot be granted, the court ruled.

Good to know that this violent anti social character is denied bail. He needs to stay in Parappana agrahara rather than appana agrahara. He will be found guilty of assault and will end up paying hefty damages with an apology. I do not think that he should contest that decision when it comes. He needs to come clean and let junk like Prakash do it instead.
