CP Dr Harsha Commends ACP South and Team for Arresting Notorious Gang
Mangaluru: The police commissioner Dr Harsha is quick to recognize the good work of the police personnel in the commissionerate. If good work is recognized and suitably rewarded by the seniors, the police personnel will be motivated to carry out their work without fear.
On October 17, an autorickshaw driver was assaulted with machetes at Bithupade by two youth who later fled from the spot. Auto driver Santhosh was severely injured and admitted to the hospital by the locals.
In this connection, a case was registered and the investigation was carried out by the Mangaluru Rural police. On October 21, the Mangaluru Rural police succeeded in arresting 9 of the accused.
Police commissioner without wasting any time called the ACP South and his team to his office. Dr Harsha issued appreciation letters to ACP South Kodandaram and his team for their quick action in arresting the notorious gang involved in the attempt to murder of Auto driver Santhosh in Bithupade, Neermarga.
