Curfew to End 6 am Dec 23, Section 144 to Continue – Dr Harsha
Mangaluru: In a media release Dr Harsha has stated that the curfew will end on December 23rd at 6 am. Section 144 will continue until further orders in the Mangaluru commissionerate.
It is also mentioned that with Section 144 in place, gathering of more than five persons at one place, carrying any weapons and activities disturbing the peace with the bursting of crackers, pelting stones or carrying similar objects, shouting provocative slogans, displaying pictures of persons or holding protests and processions have been banned.
Anyone trying to indulge in such activities will be suitably dealt as per provisions of the law.
