If an Aadhaar Card is for availing government Schemes,
then why does one need a Voter’s Card. It simply does
not make any sense having so many ID cards in India.

Rightly, there should only be one National Identity Card
for availing any service – private or government, and
there are no substantial benefits that can be expected
from the government, take for example the subsidy on
Cooking Gas Cylinder – how the PM wants every Indian
to forego after emphasizing that Aadhar Card was for
that specific purpose.
