DC Sindhu Writes to Valsad Dist Admin to Provide Food and Accommodation to DK Youth
Mangaluru: As soon as the DC received the news of two youth from DK, Ashik Hussain and Mohammed Takeen Maril being stuck in Gujarat – Maharastra border and were living in their car since the lockdown.
DC Sindhu Roopesh sent a request letter to the District Collector of Valsad, Gujarat on April 14 to Provide them Food and Accommodation.
In her request letter, DC Sindhu Roopesh has mentioned, “This is concerning the representation received from Rasheed Vitla stating that two persons from Puttur Taluk, Dakshina Kannada are held up at the RTO check post of Ambergaon Bilad Taluk, Valsad district. They are held up there without proper accommodation and food.”
DC Sindhu requested the Valsad District DC to provide them with food and accommodation until the relaxation of the lockdown.
