Development Key Mantra for upcoming polls – HRD minister Prakash Javdekar
Udupi: Development is the only mantra for the upcoming assembly polls said Union Minister for HRD Prakash Javdekar. He was speaking to mediapersons during his visit to Sri Krishna Math Udupi to participate in the All India Samskrit Convention here on January 8.
Narendra Modi’s government has done a lot of development work after it came to power in the Center. Modi government has brought various welfare schemes to help the poor. We will focus on the development issues in the Upcoming five state assemebly elections.

Replying to the query of demand of the Centre to amend the IIT Act to reserve 25 percent seats for the local students at IIT Dharwad the minister said that there is no option to give reservation in Any IIT.
Later he obtained a darshan of Sri Krishna Mukhyaprana and received the blessing of Prayaya Sri Vishwesha Thirtha Swamiji of Pejawar Math. He was honoured by the Paryaya Pejawar Swamiji.
