Devotees Flock for Good Friday Liturgy at St Sebastian Church, Permannur
Mangaluru: St Sebastian Church, Permannur observed Good Friday with devotion on 14th April 2017.
Fr Ajith Menezes, the Asst Administrator of Father Muller Medical College Hospital, Mangalore, presided over the liturgical celebration. In his homily, he emphasized the importance of persistence in faith amidst our sufferings and difficulties.
Fr Praveen Joy Saldanha, Fr Nilesh Crasta, Asst Parish Priests, Dn Ravi Richard Fernandes, Br Thrishan D’Souza, Sr Celine Vas B.S. led the Stations of the Cross.
Dr J. B. Saldanha, Parish Priest of St Sebastian Church, Permannur, Fr Edwin Mascarenhas, Principal of St Sebastian College, Permannur, Fr Jerald D’Souza S.J., Religious Sisters and more than 3,000 devotees participated in the Good Friday liturgy with devotion.
