Direct Phone-in Programme with Police from August 5
Mangaluru: The police commissioner Chandra Sekhar announced here on August 4 that a ‘direct Phone-in’ programme with the police will start from August 5.
In Mangaluru people have many problems and they are hesitant to come to the police station to file the complaint. To solve their problems and to be in contact with the people we have initiated a programme called direct phone-in. The phone-in programme will start from August 5, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and will continue on every Friday.
Chandra Sekhar also said, “People can call on 0824-2220801 and +0824-2220830 and share their problems. If I am present in the headquarters I will receive the calls and answer the querries. In my absence, the DCP law and order will receive the calls”.
