District Administration gives warm Farewell to Outgoing DC Dr Vishal
Udupi: A warm farewell was given to the outgoing Deputy Commissioner Dr R Vishal at Rajathadri Manipal here, on July 25. Dr R Vishal has been transferred and posted as the Director of Municipal Administration in Bengaluru.
On behalf of the district administration, Acting DC and CEO of Udupi Zilla Panchayat Priyanka Mary Francis along with the Superintendent of Police Annamalai and Additional DC Anuradha felicitated Dr Vishal and his wife Rajani with a shawl, garland, citation and memento. Employees of various departments and different associations took part in the felicitation programme.
After accepting the felicitation, Dr Vishal said that his tenure as the DC of Udupi district has been the best experience. “I have achieved a lot in the district in different fields with the cooperation of all the officials from the district. I have given top priority to speed up the developmental projects across the district.” He thanked all the officials for their support in developing the district.
Acting DC and CEO of Udupi Zilla Panchayat Priyanka Mary Francis, SP Annamalai, director of the Food Department Yogeshwar, journalist Astro Mohan and Koraga community leader Ganesh shared their opinion and wished success to Dr R Vishal.
