Divakar Kadri Elected New Chairman for NIPM, Mangalore Chapter
Mangaluru: During the recent AGM held on 14th July 2018, a new committee of NIPM, Mangalore chapter was formed for the year 2018 – 2020. Divakar Kadri, General Manager of Cardolite is elected as the new Chairman and Mr. Prabhoda K S, Manager (HR), Cardolite is elected as the Secretary.
While addressing Divakar Kadri appreciated the work done by earlier committee. He assured that his endeavour would be to create a robust platform for knowledge sharing by conducting various workshops, trainings, seminars in coordination with the industries, institutes and the statutory bodies.
National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), is the only all India body of professional managers engaged in the profession of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, and Training & Development in the country.
NIPM works towards creating and sharing new knowledge and insights for business & people management, espousing global quality standards for people practices, promoting people development agenda and Providing critical support & solutions to business, government and other stakeholders by leveraging own expertise, through collaborations and by networking. Other committee members were also elected on this occasion. Mr.Dheeraj Shetty, General Manager (HR), JBF and Dr.A P Achar, Dean, Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management, NITTE are elected as Vice Chairman. Dr. Savitha Pereira, Professor, SDM College of Business Management, Mangalore and Mr.Santhosh Kumar, Executive (HR), KONSPEC, Baikampady are elected as Joint Secretary and Treasurer respectively and P Suresh, DGM (HR), MCF Limited as ex-officio.
