DK Records Twenty-nine Coronavirus Positive Cases On June 25
Mangaluru: Every day, the positive coronavirus cases are increasing in the Dakshina Kannada district. On June 25, twenty-nine Coronavirus positive cases have been reported in Dakshina Kannada district, taking the total number of positive cases to 486.
Out of the twenty-nine positive cases, fourteen persons had returned from Saudi Arabia. Two persons had returned from UAE, two persons had returned from Qatar, and one from Muscat. One person had travelled from Maharastra. Patient number 10275 was suffering from influenza-like illness (ILI), and patient number 10274 was suffering from Severe Acute Respiratory Infection.
Patient number 10271, 10272, and 10273 had contracted the disease from patient number 9588. Patient number 10295, 10296, and 10297 had contracted the disease from patient number 9589.
The health officials are tracing the contacts of patient number 10298.
All twenty-nine persons have been shifted to the designated COVID hospital for further treatment.
