DK Reports 12th COVID-19 Death of 58-year-old Woman
Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada district has reported its 12th COVID-19 death on June 28, after a 58-year-old woman died in the hospital.
The 58-year-old woman from Loretto Padav was suffering from Liver and heart-related disease. She was regular to the hospital for treatment. Last week she had gone to the hospital for a check-up because of health issues.
She was admitted to the hospital three days back, and her throat swab was sent for test and confirmed to be positive for COVID-19. During the early hours of June 28, she breathed her last.
