DK Reports Two more Positive Cases of Coronavirus
Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada district has yet again reported two more positive cases of Coronavirus on May 23.
A 30-year-old male from Dakshina Kannada had returned from Maharastra and his throat swab was sent for test. On May 23, his report was tested positive for Coronavirus.
Another 41-year-old woman from Beltangady who was suffering from Influenza-like illness was also tested positive for the Coronavirus.
Both have been shifted to the designated Hospital for treatment.
On May 21, a 55-year-old man who had travelled from Maharastra to Kadandale, Moodbidri had committed suicide in the quarantine centre. His throat swab was sent for test and was tested positive for Coronavirus.
On May 23, five persons who were tested positive for Coronavirus were discharged from the Wenlock COVID hospital. They are, a 51-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman from Boloor along with two women aged 30 and 60 and a 70-year-old man from Bantwal.
