Dr Jagadeesha Takes Charge as New Deputy commissioner of DK
Mangaluru: Dr Jagadeesha K G took charge as the Deputy commissioner of Dakshina Kannada, at the DC office here on August 1.
Dr Jagadeesha was the DC of Kalaburgi District. Before his transfer to DK district, he was working as the Managing director of Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation.
His predecessor DC A B Ibrahim had handed over the charge to the CEO of ZP Sreevidya on July 30, after the felicitation programme held by the district administration at the DC office.
Dr Jagadeesha took Charge from ZP CEO Sreevidya on August 1, morning at 10:00 am at the DC office.
ADC Kumar escorted Dr Jagadeesha to the DC office. Information Officer Khader Shah and DC office Tahsildar Manikya were also present.
