Drone Prathap Booked for Violating Home Quarantine
Bengaluru: The ‘Drone Boy’ Prathap has landed in trouble after he violated the home quarantine rules. Drone Prathap had returned from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on July 15 and was under home quarantine. On July 16, Drone Prathap was interviewed by a TV channel during which he had shown his home quarantine seal.
During the TV interview showing his home quarantine seal Drone, Prathap said, “Actually I am on home quarantine, but I have come here to answer your questions”.
Drone Prathap has claimed that he has made over 600 drones from e-waste and has received several awards in different countries. He has also claimed that during the flood in North Karnataka, he used the Drone to supply food and relief material to flood-affected areas. A Kannada News Channel had invited him to clarify the allegations on him.
In this connection, the Talaghattapura police have registered a case under the National Disaster Management Act.
