DYFI Secretary Santhosh Bajal gets Life Threat on WhatsApp
Mangaluru: After receiving a life threat on WhatsApp, the district Secretary of DYFI Santhosh Bajal filed a complaint here in the Pandeshwar police station.
On February 25, the CPI(M) organized a Communal harmony rally at the Nehru Maidan and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan addressed the rally. The Sangh Parivar had called for bandh and also challenged that they will not allow Pinarayi to address the rally on communal harmony. But the district administration had taken all the measures to maintain law and order in the district.
On February 26, Santhosh Bajal received a life threat message to his WhatsApp number. Santhosh checked the message on February 27, and has filed a complaint in the Pandeshwar police station.
Pandeshwar police have registered a case and investigation is on.
