Elderly Man dies 5 other Injured in Gas Tanker-Car collision at Mani
Bantwal: An 85-year old man died and five others were injured after a gas Tanker collided into their car at Budoli, Mani here on June 25.
The deceased has been identified as Musabba (85) and the injured have been identified as Muhammed (49), Tahira (39), Irfan (20), Fathima Taslim (17) and Muhammed Isfaq (13) from Bantwal Kelagipete, presently residing in Sakaleshpur.
According to sources on June 25, Musabba along with his son and family were on their way to their relatives house at Shantiangadi B C Road to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr. When they reached Budoli Mani, a gas tanker collided with their car. The occupants in the car were injured and they were rushed to a private hospital in Thumbay. Later Musabba was taken to a hospital in Mangaluru for further treatment but he breathed his last.
Another injured Irfan is also admitted to a hospital in Mangaluru.
