Fire breaks out at Dhanvantari Ayurveda Hospital in Udupi

Udupi: A fire broke out at Dhanvantari Ayurveda Hospital near Babbuswamy Temple in Doddanagudde, Udupi, early this morning. Reports suggest the fire started due to an electrical short circuit. The entire building was filled with thick smoke.

Fortunately, no patients were present as the hospital was undergoing renovation.

Monday morning, a woman arrived for her daily work and began her work in the kitchen when she noticed a fire in the hall.

Upon receiving information, the Udupi Fire Department team rushed to the scene and controlled the fire using two fire vehicles.

The situation is now under control, and further investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
