Five-month Preganent Woman Stabbed to Death 

Vijayapur: A 21-year-old pregnant woman was brutally murdered by a youth in Salotagi here on December 20.

The deceased has been identified as Mahadevi Dhareppa Ranagatti (21) from Indi Salotagi.

According to sources, on December 20, Sunil Murage (22) stabbed Mahadevi killing her on the spot. She was five months pregnant.

The reason for the murder is not yet known.

Indi Rural police are investigating.
