Five-state election results are a warning to PM Modi – Pejawar Swamiji
Udupi: Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji of Udupi Pejavar Math on Thursday said that the election results in five states are a warning to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Modi should give first priority for economic reforms and the construction of the Ram Temple.
Speaking to media persons on December 13, Swamiji said, “If Modi shows interest in the construction of the Ram Temple, the next elections will help garner votes for Modi. Narendra Modi needs to have a good relationship with other allies. The BJP should make an alliance with parties having socialist ideologies. If BJP keeps Chandrababu Naidu out then it will lose more seats in the country. Modi should follow Vajpayee’s policy, he said.
It is true that the Prime Minister has taken some bold decisions during his tenure. Narendra Modi government has not achieved as expected. Modi has failed to meet the peoples’ expectations, Swamiji said.
Projecting UP CM Yogi Adithyanath as upcoming PM candidate, Swamiji said Narendra Modi is the only capable person for the Prime Minister’s post in the country. CM Yogi is not capable like Modi. Yogi Adithyanath is not a politician, he is just a spiritual leader. As a spiritual leader and Chief Minister of UP he has tremendous work in the state, he said.
