Former Minister Vinay Kumar Sorake Inaugurates Radhma Residency at Thenkanidiyoor
Udupi: Radhma Residency, the ambitious and maiden project of Prakyath Shetty Thenkanidiyoor was inaugurated by the former minister Vinay Kumar Sorake along with other dignitaries at Thenkanidiyoor on January 15.
Gopal Krishna Bhat religious priest of the Belkale Temple inaugurated the formal function by lighting the lamp and blessing the project.
Addressing the gathering Vinay Kumar Sorake said that with the inauguration of Radhma Residency the Tenkanidiyoor Village has opened for tourism. Basic facilities are an important factor in the development of the region. The former minister has already developed the roads in Thenkanidiyoor. I wish Prakyath Shetty all the best in all his future endeavours and wish to see him construct many more such apartments.
Pramod Madhwaraj addressing the gathering said, “This project is the first of its kind in Thenkanidiyoor. Prakyath Shetty opted to build a commercial building in a village when other promoters opt to build flats in the city. It is truly a bold move taking up this project. Building a house is everyone’s dream and people wish to live in big houses. Today 19 families have got new homes. I congratulate the builder and the landowners. This building is set in an ideal location with good accessibility, water supply, power supply and all other amenities. I wish happiness to all those who reside in this building.”
Udupi district Congress president Janardhan Tonse, CREDAI Udupi president Jerry Vincent Dias, Thenkanidiyoor Grama Panchayat president Krishna Shetty, Ex-president SCDCC and Apex Bank T Shambu Shetty, Karthik Estate promoters Hariyappa Kotian, Taluk Panchayat member Dhananjaya Kundar, Kiran Milk Dairy proprietor T Gopalakrishna Shetty, Vijaya Bank Manager Ganesh Mendon, AG Builders Architect Yogish Chandra Dhara and Badagabettu Society General Manager Jayakar Shetty Indrali were present.
