Former Vice Principal of St Aloysius College Fr Lawrence Castelino SJ {79} No More
Mangaluru: 79 years-old Fr Lawrence Castelino SJ (08-04-1939 to 06-07-2018) passed away at 2.00 am on 6 July 2018 at Fatima Retreat House, Mangaluru. He was the former Principal of St Aloysius Evening College and Vice Principal of St Aloysius College, Mangaluru.
“Fr Lawrence was a disciplinarian, charismatic preacher and a compassionate Jesuit. He was my Vice Principal during PU studies at SAC and then my mentor as we worked together at St Joseph’s PUC- Bengaluru. Adieu dear Fr Lawrence. May God give you Eternal Rest” said Fr Melwin Mendonca SJ, Principal of St Aloysius PUC-Mangaluru in his short message to Team Mangalorean.
FUNERAL DETAILS:
Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at 10 am at Fatima Retreat House followed by burial at the Jesuit Cemetery, Jeppu-Mangaluru.
