Fr Mahesh Suicide Case, Shirva Parishioners Stage Protest, Demand Justice

Udupi: The Shirva parishioners gathered in front of the church demanding justice in Fr Mahesh’s suicide case here on November 2.

Fr Mahesh D’Souza (36), principal of a renowned institution of Shirva allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in his office chamber on October 11 night.

It is learnt that the district police have got a lead in the suicide case of Fr Mahesh. But no arrest has so far been made in this case. The suicide of Fr Mahesh in his chamber has created lot of suspicion in the parishioners.

The parishioners gathered and continuously rang the church bell to get more parishioners in front of the church. The parishioners then demanded the church authorities to reveal the information about Fr Mahesh’s Death. The police nor the church authorities are revealing anything or providing any information about the case.

Final post mortem report !!! shocking? it will take a few more days still we agree. but the political person came to church & threatened the priest shown on the CCTV why he is not arrested still a question?? If he or she is an Aam Admi police would have taken to remand longtime back & by using the 3rd-grade method result was sure.
